Before taking on the pivotal role of Treasurer, Joyce began her career as a General Worker under FJRIC Projects in the Department of Health at Sambandou Clinic. Her early experiences laid the foundation for her passion for community service and project management.
Prior to her tenure at the Department of Health, Joyce held the position of Project Director at Vusanani Home Based Care, a non-profit organization, for an impressive ten-year period. This role allowed her to contribute significantly to the community's welfare and well-being.
Throughout her career, Joyce has taken on various roles, including Occupational Health and Safety Officer at Ndidzu Trading Projects, Team Leader at Matsoho a Thuso, and Community Liaison Officer at the Vhembe District Water Affairs. These diverse roles reflect her versatility and dedication to making a positive impact in different sectors.
